What is your shipping policy?

We use a range of third party shipping providers including AusPost, Aramex and Go Logistics. We process orders each morning and any orders received before midday will be sent same day. Shipping is always express which normally means 1-2 days in Sydney, 3-4 days regional and other states. If something is super urgent let us know and we will do our best to make sure it gets to you as fast as possible!

How do I order wholesale?

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason just let us know and we will do everything we can to fix it including refunding or replacing wine.
