Good Day Sunshine Prosecco - 2023

from A$22.00

Murray Darling, New South Wales

Good times in a bottle. This is a fun and fresh Prosecco made for Australia. It's light and crisp and all about those crunchy green apples. Naturally low in alcohol it's the perfect wine for any time of day.

Fruit is produced at the Farnsworth farm in Southern New South Wales. Harvested in early march when acid & sugar are in balance. Fruit harvested at night to retain freshness wine is pressed to tank to undergo fermentation, resulting alcohol low due to the early harvest at between 9-10 baume (9-10% alcohol potential). Once primary fermentation is completed the wine is racked and sulphured to prevent malo lactic fermentation.
