We have been playing around with Pinot Grigio/Gris for quite some time now, in fact, our original experiments with this grape were the reason we called ourselves From Sunday (but that's a story for another day) so we feel we have a pretty good handle how to really showcase what this grape is all about!
Lucky’s is the perfect example of a wine that has slowly been evolving over the years to reflect everything we have learnt about growing and making Pinot Grigio in Murray Darling.
Our experiments with Carbonic & Skin Contact Pinot Grigio have seen us incorporate these techniques into our making process and have resulted in a slight twist on the classic with a hint of rose blush colour and added weight and texture.
Still dominated by crisp green apples and pears, this vintage sees a lovely floral nose and a long finish. Zippy and fresh, this wine is made for chilling by the pool or to serve alongside fresh summer salads and seafood.
