The Beast is an unfiltered, skin contact, white wine (also known as amber, orange, cloudy, wine with floaty bits) made from Vermentino in Langhorne Creek. 

Grown on Ancient alluvial soils. Made in an ancient way where the skins are left in contact with the fermenting juice to add texture, richness and flavour to the resulting wine.

Textural, lime, stone fruits and a hint of pineapple with a long lingering finish.

Unfiltered and unfined so may look cloudy in the glass.
